“My mission and inspiration in writing this book is to support children’s wellbeing and introduce them to the concept of their own inner wisdom and building a relationship with themselves from a young age…so giving them a head start in becoming calm and self-confident.”

Belinda Jane Robinson

Belinda was born and brought up in the Far East and spent many years of her life going between the East and the West.  Her Eastern roots have had more influences on her than she ever thought possible and over the past few years she has been on a incredible journey of self-discovery.

She originally worked as a fashion model before training as an SRN nurse at the Middlesex Hospital, London in the 1970’s.  Subsequently, she ran a successful line of Belinda Jane fashion boutiques in London and Norwich in the 1980s ; her designs were stocked in luxury department stores including Liberty’s and Harrods in London and Bergdorf Goodman in New York.

After she married and had two daughters, she trained as a reflexologist and started a company offering ‘chillout’ areas at Exhibitions and Corporate Events in the UK and Europe.

In 2015 she wrote her first book The Seven Jewels of Life – an inspiring call to girls and women in particular, regardless of age, to take time for themselves and join her on the journey towards greater personal fulfilment.

Over the past few years, Belinda has lived in London, Cornwall, and the Cotswolds and loves to spend time with her family, travelling, walking in nature and playing music.

Today Belinda is working on an educational guide to work alongside Me and My Diamond.
